Information Important to know
Check-in & Check-out
Is always via the self-hosting concept (self check-in/-out). No physical reception and no time wasted on paperwork. Before arrival, you will receive a personal code for the main entrance and/or your own room. In the room, you will find a badge that you can use during your stay to open the door(s).
Do you need help? We are of course always available. Send us a message via Whatsapp (we create a Whatsapp group with each guest) or through the booking platform.

Are you experiencing real problems? No worries! We will come to De Hoogmolen to assist you further.
The standard check-in time is from 3 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
Do you wish for an earlier check-in or later check-out? Let us know and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate your wishes.
Breakfast
During your stay, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at one of the cozy eateries nearby within a max. 5-minute drive, through a reservation.
We kindly ask you to make a reservation yourself at one of the nearby dining places. Please note that this depends on the available spots.
You can pay on site.
For the breakfast basket, you will receive a reservation form after your booking.
The payment will be completed via an invoice that we will send to you by email.
A breakfast basket can be reserved until 3 PM on the day before the desired breakfast.
Be sure to reserve on time to avoid disappointment!

The basket contains a selection of fresh products to start the day well, such as: rolls, sandwiches, dark bread, raisin bread, croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese and meat assortment, fried bacon, meatballs, quiches, homemade jam & chocolate spread, boiled egg, and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
The basket can be delivered to your room from 7:30 AM, so you can enjoy your breakfast in complete privacy.
Breakfast before 7:30 AM? Then your basket can also be delivered in the evening so you can have breakfast at an earlier hour of your choice.
Allergens? No problem!
A customized breakfast basket is possible at an additional cost.
Let us know when you reserve the basket and we will take care of it.
Breakfast area for guest accommodation
Are you staying in building B (room B1 - B5) and would you like a breakfast basket? Then you can also make use of our breakfast room on the ground floor.
The basket can be delivered to your room door or in the breakfast room.
Dishes and cutlery can be found on the counter in the kitchen. You can also help yourself to coffee and tea of your choice.
Keep it tidy: please dispose of the waste in the designated trash bin (residual waste - PMD) after breakfast and place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Do you wish to store other products from your breakfast chilled? It is best to do this in the refrigerator in the breakfast room. This is at your own risk as the refrigerator in the kitchen is also accessible to other guests.

Relaxation area The Mill House
The Molenhuys, which used to serve as a cozy brasserie, is now available as a relaxation space for guests who book the Plus formula, Volmolen or the entire estate.
With enough space for 53 people, it is the ideal place to eat together, play a game at the foosball table, pool table, pinball machine, ping-pong table, air hockey, darts, ... or just enjoy each other's company. Perfect for larger groups!

Extended weekends due to a holiday
Extended weekends due to a holiday that falls on a midweek day are only rented as such: the standard weekend block + extra day(s).
Number of guests
The number of guests staying / overnighting in the accommodation is equal to the number specified at the time of booking and paid for. If there is any change in the number of guests, please let us know in advance. We will adjust the booking if necessary and possible.
Each additional occupied bed beyond the registered visitors will be charged as an extra guest.
Music & sound in Molenhuys
It is important to know that the property, the accommodations, and the relaxation area are located on an estate together with other accommodations. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid noise disturbances and respect the sleep of other guests on the estate to prevent complaints and police involvement.
The sound level of music inside the mill building must not exceed 78dB, and from 10 PM onwards, the volume must be further reduced out of respect for the neighborhood.
Dogs & Horses
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs or other pets in our accommodations.
You can bring your horse(s) to De Hoogmolen.
We have 6 horse stables and a meadow available.
Book accommodation for your horse is possible with reservation and additional cost.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the buildings on the De Hoogmolen estate. You may smoke outside and on the terraces, provided that the butts are properly extinguished and disposed of in an ashtray.
Infrastructure
Please keep all furniture in their familiar place so that we do not have to rearrange the rooms after your visit.
Liability
De Hoogmolen is not liable for accidents on the estate and by the ponds, nor are we liable for theft on the estate.
